Terms of Service

1) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 20 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain it.

2) User conduct

• Do not violate laws, infringe rights, or engage in fraud, cheating, or exploitation of bugs.
• Do not attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service or other users (including bots, scraping, or attacks).
• Do not upload or transmit malware, abusive content, or content you lack rights to share.

3) Virtual currency and virtual items

The Service may include virtual currency, points, credits, or virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or anything of monetary value, and are non-transferable (no selling, gifting, trading, or exchanging). We may modify, manage, regulate, or remove Virtual Items at any time, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.

4) Intellectual property and license

The Service, including software, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Spinzion Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where permitted by law.

5) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and Virtual Items may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spinzion Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Dispute resolution

Please contact us first to try to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, eligible consumer claims may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or to the courts of New Zealand. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted on the Service with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
